The prices displayed in the shop section are in Canadian dollars (CAD).

The price as well as the availability of my works are subject to revision and change without notice. If it happens that a work ordered online is no longer available, you will obtain a cancellation and a refund of the order.

I pay particular attention to the colors of the digital photos of my works so that they are representative of reality. Despite this effort, the colors displayed on your computer screen may differ from the colors of the original work.

Intellectual property:

All images of works of art, videos and texts on this website (www.chantalbourque.com) are the exclusive property of Chantal Bourque and are protected by copyright. Images and content from this website may not be copied, collected or used for personal or professional purposes without the written permission of Chantal Bourque.

The artist remains the holder of all his copyrights, the right to reproduce the work in any form and by any means, as well as the right to communicate the work publicly in a non-material form, and this, for all country and for the duration of the copyright.

Notwithstanding the foregoing, the purchaser may, however, reproduce the work for personal archival purposes or for insurance purposes only. Any other use requires permission from the artist.

Delivery:

Shipping is free for residents of Canada (except residents of certain remote areas including Nunavut, Yukon and the Northwest Territories.) Outside of Canada, the shipping cost of the artwork, customs duties and/or additional taxes are the responsibility of the purchaser.

Package delivery time: 1 to 4 weeks for residents of Canada. Additional delays may be expected for orders delivered outside of Canada. As soon as your package is registered, you will receive a confirmation and tracking email. If delivery cannot be made on time, you will be informed of the situation by email. The receipt of the package must be accompanied by a signature.

Incorrect Addresses: If you provide an incorrect address and the item is returned, you, the buyer, will be responsible for paying for the re-delivery of the item.

Return and Refund:

You will get a full refund provided the artwork is returned in its original condition, within fourteen (14) days of purchase. You must pay the shipping costs for the return.
