Description of the work
This painting celebrates the life of a forest, shaped by time and the traces left by the passing seasons. In a young forest, the ground is sparse, the trunks are sleek, and history remains to be written. But year after year, nature adds new elements, like little tales added to a grand story. The forest thus accumulates precious treasures, making it more and more beautiful.
Every branch that reaches toward the sky, every leaf that falls to the ground, every breeze that shapes the moss contributes to building a living heritage. The forest is transformed by accumulation, by layers of small wonders. Even hardships leave it stronger: a scar on the bark becomes a unique texture, an opening in the treetops brings new light. Despite the storms a forest may weather, it always emerges stronger. Personally, I find that one of the most beautiful treasures a forest can hold is a carpet of moss, whose presence tells a story of decades of patience. Its density, softness, and deep color are tangible proof of the passage of time with benevolence.
Thus, the forest ultimately becomes a place where every detail is a legacy. All the accumulations of its life not only contribute to its own beauty, but also nourish the trees that surround it. In the forest, as in life, everything that is added enriches the whole, creating a vibrant, generous, and deeply inspiring ecosystem.
