Description of the work

Painting based on a photograph taken in Vaudreuil-Dorion. All around him, life is slowly dying. Little by little, immense behemoths, imposing their stature for decades, slowly fade away under the sway of an infinitely smaller being. Surviving the ravages of the emerald ash borer, this tree inspires perseverance, tenacity and triumph.
